My Vision

There are many things that may be impacting your world such as: unhealthy relationships, family structures, generational trauma, structural oppression such as racism, ableism, sexism, heteronormativity, and many other systems that have harmed us or is currently harming us and impacting us in our daily lives.

My vision and my own accountability comes from listening and working in collaboration with local resources, practitioners and healers to enhance the quality of care for my clients and community. I invite you to join me to explore and find your paths of growth, healing and change.

About my practice

About Me

I work with individuals, all relationship structures, ages 13 and older. I received my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. I am currently a professional member with the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I have interests in supporting individuals in many ways in therapy especially those navigating LGBTQ+ relationships, polyamorous lifestyles, and kink communities. I am distinctly familiar with the varied struggles and challenges one may face throughout their life regarding the many unique aspects of living life in a colorful way.

Services

I offer a variety of services from individual and group therapy sessions to professional consultations. I also provide specialized psychedelic consultations for informed decisions and meaningful experiences. Our time in the therapy room is a collaborative experience. As we approach your goals, I like to get to know you, your history, and your perspective on your goals. From this point, I am a facilitator in your journey, and the things you would like to accomplish.

I also conduct educational workshops for the community and professionals. Additionally I provide consultations for businesses seeking to expand their knowledge and skills working with diverse communities.
